In October this year, the City of Ballarat will sign the International Charter of Compassion and CB Steering Group is organising a Celebration of Compassion from October 20 to October 27, 2019.
This week long celebration of compassion includes a wonderful range of concerts, volunteer activities, children's compassion book clubs, exhibitions, films, free talks, tree planting and a host of other activities.
