Open Studios - Carolyn Elsworthy Studio

Carolyn Elsworthy creates unique wearable art using the Shibori methods of stitching, wrapping, binding, pleating and folding. Carolyn manipulates colour, pattern and texture using natural organic fibres - pure cotton, silk. wool and alpaca in her work, Experimenting with fabric painting, marbling, indigo, eco dyeing and combining various methods allows Carolyn to experiment and explore the unknown.
