Open Studios - Sovereign Hill Costume Department

Discover exquisite examples of original Victorian fashions in the Gold Museum collection and learn about the process of historical costume reproduction with Sovereign Hill Museums Association curatorial and costume design professionals. This experience will expose you to the research and development process involved in bringing the Sovereign Hill outdoor museum to life through costume. Come along to hear directly from our museum professionals and learn some of the secrets and tricks of the trade.
