 Tell us about your venue and event for FRINGE BENEFITS

Do you have a shop, a cafe, or a performance venue you would like to activate for FRINGE BENEFITS? Have you spoken with our Fringe Benefits Festival Coordinator to lock your performers? Do you not have performers, but still want to take part? Now it’s time to give us information about your plans and we’ll capture it for our online listing and additional promotion.

what do i do next?

Step 1:

Complete the venue & hospitality registration form and hit submit.

Step 2:

If you’re planning on having a music or art performance, please register your event/s and performances. Please register each performance separately.

Step 3:

Send us:

  1. an image of your venue

  2. an image of the performers (if appropriate)

  3. your venue logo

These images all need to be high res (preferably greater than 2MB). Send these directly to artsculture@ballarat.vic.gov.au with the name of your venue in the subject line.

You have until 30th September to complete this INFORMATION and submit your images

Step 4:

In order to maximise your performances and event make sure you also enter all of your information on to the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse to ensure you’re picked up in our tourism marketing.
